Editor suggestions

This is the continue of that topic, i think this is the right forum for this suggestion.
Devs, could you add conversion feature like fuction of editor. For users not to restart game every time.
Also you should add some way to edit, or, at least to show technologies state in editor. Because, when converting saves to scenario, technologies state is also saved, but i cant check what technologies researchead, and not.
