Confirmation before overwriting!

One massively important thing that I would love is a confirmation before overwriting an old save, maybe even an option to turn the confirmation on or off, for those who do not want it. It would definitely help avoid permanently overwriting your special 50-hour save when starting a fresh game 
Aside from that, and a little more polish and perhaps some flavour in the UI, the game is magnificent!
