Decimal point for kilowatts in electric network info

In electric network info, when a displayed number is above a kilowatt, it is rounded to a kilowatt. This means that whether it is consuming 1000W or 1999W, the display will be the same. This is not very informative.

It will be better if one decimal place will be displayed when the value is between 1.0 and 9.9 KW.

I'm running 0.6.1 and the problem exists, did you observe something else?

I haven't played recently, I just thought I remembered it being fixed. Guess I was wrong, sorry.

There will be correct rounding in the electricity statistics in 0.6.2.
