Add an updater to factorio

TL;DR

Add an updater to factorio.

What ?

Basically, add an updater to the zip version of the game, that will fetch the latest version from factorio.com, and if factorio isn't updated to the latest version, it will ask the user to update the game (so that it's optional of course). It should be fairly simple.

Why ?

So that people that play factorio in the zip version downloaded from the factorio.com website can easily update the game, without checking the website every time they want to check for updates, and without re-downloading the entire data of the game instead of downloading only the files that were changed.

This already exists… I think it is in About from the main menu.
