Production Statistics Reverse Filter

TL;DR
With no filters selected in stats screen, shift-click to remove an item/fluid from all.
What ?
When using the production statistics screen and no filter is set, shift-clicking an item/fluid should create a filter that includes everything except this item/fluid.
Why ?
I feel like this behavior would increase the usefulness of the stats screen while also fitting the consistent usage of the shift-click throughout the game.
