ChooseElemButton EntityType/s

Hey,

it would be nice if we could specify the type/s that a chooseelembutton is showing, so we can use it make simpler upgrade gui's for stuff, the base Game doesnt Upgrade.

I was thinking of requesting/implementing something like this, but I was thinking of using the new prototype filter system so you have more control than just "type = X".

I took a look into implementing it.. It's probably doable, but not from me right now. Too many changes that im unsure about the safety/validity of. Maybe if I worked on it for a few days, but I'm too busy at the moment.
