Make any entity type - in particular SimpleEntity, Tree, and Unit - support a light

As per the title. Since I have been told that fullbright/"unlit" shaders/textures are impossible (see here https://i.imgur.com/5Hu3Irh.png ), this is the next best thing.

You can find the documentation here: https://lua-api.factorio.com/0.17.0-pre ... draw_light It is a bit outdated, I have added a bool to the light so that you can make it have the same orientation as the entity it's attached to.
