As requested by one of the developers on IRC: Please make it possible to edit car friction in the modding interface.

I thought this was already possible via car.frictionmodifier, as shown on the wiki's Lua/Car page...is it not actually implemented?

edit: ah, you probably meant in the prototypes (when I think modding interface I tend to think control.lua)...yeah that's probably a good idea
