QoL: A Block Item

Basically used in Splitter and Sorter set-ups. Something like a non-existent empty item icon that does nothing more than serves as a splitter and sorter 'NOTHING' option. It would be a very minor and useful thing to add to the game.

Fish, rocket silo, wood, etc. any item that is not on the belt works for this.
