Oil patch show oil/s instead of %

Post by pichutarius »

Example, instead of showing 80% oil patch, show 8 oil/s . This applies to tooltip and map view (total oil patch).

Dont really know why using % in the first place. Percentage usually compare to something that is 100%.

Eg: A discount of 20% means compare the reduction to 100% original price.

In this case i guess the game compare every oil patch to "default" 10 oil/s oil patch? Does that make sense to anyone?

Remember back in the days, fluid amounts were 10 times smaller, but were decimals. 100% richness was equal to 1/s.

oh yeah, they change the unit to solve rounding error issues with circuit thingy. i guess now +1 reason to abolish this ancient thing.
