Mods depending on the map

Dear developers,

I want to address one thing that bothers me more and more.
First of all I have to say that I share Factorio with my son (10).

I was wondering if it would be possible to enable mods only for certain maps?

For example, I installed a mod that extends the recipes. I want this challenge.
My son, however, currently wants to play with the standard recipes.

The ability to activate the mod for my map and not my son's would be great.

I don't know how difficult this would be to implement, but I think this is the function that is still missing.

What do you all mean? Useful or not!

Before Load Game, you can sync mods to the ones used in the save game.

Another possibility is to download a separate copy of game as zip file.

Or you can use command line option to choose another mod-directory.

I think the options mentioned are to difficult.

A easier way is possible...

Create new map -> chose mods you like, e.g. Mod 1, Mod 3, Mod5 -> play
Create anoter new map -> chose mods you like, e.g. Mod2, Mod3 -> play

No Mod Manager, no command line, no zip file copy etc...

There is "sync mods with save" button in the top-right corner of the "load game" window. It's not as convenient as your suggestion, but still just one click to play the save with correct mod set.
