When building a ghosted blueprint, players are often times switching between items by hitting Q (Pipette tool) and clicking.
When the player is building belts, splitters, and/or transport belts **and** the player is dragging via the mouse (So they did not click the tile), automatically match what is blueprinted. For example, if the user is dragging a yellow transport belt along a line of ghosted transport belts, and the next ghosted tile is an underground, place an underground instead and change the user's cursor.
Potentially apply similar logic to:
* Pipes / Undergrounds
* Inserters, long inserters, fast inserters, stack inserters, filter inserters, stack filter inserters
An alternative would be to just have a paint tool that the player can wave all over the screen that just places whatever is ghosted.
