Maybe it's just me, but when I crank the resource frequency to zero, there still seems to be a lot of patches around. Other settings you can crank to extreme and they do fairly extreme things. Curious why the same isn't the case with resource frequency.
There's some mods here but they don't do what I'm looking for.

It's not possible to go far below 16.6% afaik. There was a comment by Rseding somewhere
Try RSO to get other results

I imagine it would be tricky to fix in a backwards compatible manner tho. Would likely require a new setting.
tbh though, I struggle to see much of a difference with frequency at zero. Maybe it'll show up once I'm outside the preview area?
