[1.1.6] Fluid Tank maximum capacity

Hey,

Maybe this is already on your TODO list or was forgotten with the 1.1.0 GUI changes. Right now the fluid entity window only shows the amount of fluids inside the tank and the system. I suggest to add the maximum capacity into the entity window of the fluid tanks, just like the hoover window (the one under the Minimap) of fluid tanks. The visualization as a progressbar is quite intuitive and beneficial for the user, imho.
