Toggle "Destination full" messages

TL;DR
Let the player turn off "Destination full" messages if they don't want to see them.

What ?
Add an option somewhere to disable "Destination full" messages from trains trying to path to a stop name with only full stops. This might be able to be done locally at a train stop (so trains waiting at a stop will/will not print the message), or globally in the interface settings menu.
Why ?
I'm controlling the train limit on all of my stops with the circuit network. A train may end up waiting with a full load at a mine if the smelter's ore import stations are full of ore, and this is to be expected in the normal operation of the system. However, they still spam "destination full" every few seconds in colored text, as if it's an error which requires attention. It's annoying, particularly when it's happening at a factory that has multiple export stops, that's all.

it should really only show in debug info like the Repath indicator.

This suggestion sounds for me similar to the need to have less blinking warning signs on entities (power failure).

it's pretty different, please don't lump them together.

the message could be simply fixed here:

and then the whole flying text could be removed.

double headed trains might not print it at the right end.

also, i'd rather this text just not be here at all. can we disable it? the flyingtext entities can be an unnecessary burden.

[ick] Merged with older thread around the same problem.

In regards to the double headed trains: I think the issue here is that the game probably doesn't really know where the front end of the train is, since it can't find a destination and therefore doesn't know in which direction the train should continue.

just use the same direction it entered. then it will be consistent per station. also, it does find a dest.. it's just full.

for what it's worth, in my example, there is only one direction the trains can ever travel.
