Remove fast replace of underground pipes in opposite directions

TL;DR

One of the new features in 1.1 is not working because of the underground pipe fast replace

What?

In the 1.1.0 changelog there's a feature:

: Untitled.png (4.27 KiB) Viewed 604 times

Which means u can do this:

: Untitled.png (166.64 KiB) Viewed 608 times

I expected that this would also apply to underground pipes but this is what happened:

Although I can use a different method, I couldn't drag it to the max length:

This issue would be solved by removing the underground pipe fast replacement on another underground pipe facing in the opposite direction
