Re-balance background sounds in tips&tricks

When switching between different tips&tricks I noticed that the proper simulations have wind sound in the background.
The static images don't. Switching between different tips&tricks is unpleasant to the ear because of sudden switching on or off of the wind sounds.

Since the simulations use lab tiles as a background it is not clear why the simulations have wind sounds at all.
