Setting for saturation "acceleration" with distance

As we all know, ore patches become richer with distance from spawn. Currently the relationship between distance and richness is fixed: I suggest that a map generation setting be added that modifies this ratio.

This would allow for low richness patches near the spawn, which need to be quickly replaced, and for very rich patches a moderate distance from spawn for megabase building.

(It would also be nice to have a setting similar but for patch size with distance rather than richness.)

In case you did not know: you can tune these things fairly precisely via RSO.
