qol - auto-set second furnace in upgrade planner

What?
When using the upgrade planner to upgrade/downgrade furnaces, auto-set the new part (stone->steel or steel->stone), like done with rail signals, because electric furnaces are no option to replace.
Why?
I am lazy. Unification.
