Movable liquids and gases

All the liquids and gases can currently be stored in Storage Tanks, however, only the oil can be canned into barrels. I'd like if all of 'em could be transported in barrels!

There are a couple of mods that allow barreling up the other fluids. Or live with the challenge

I think it would be better if they wont be able to be transported at all.
Tank carts for long travel, and pipe for immediate piping. I believe it would make the game more interesting.
