Blueprint scroll progress reset upon picking up blueprint.

Currently, if your book is longer than one page, and you pick up a blueprint in your cursor, the scrolling is reset to the beginning. This is really annoying and not intuitive. I think that progress should be saved.

This was actually reported as a bug and fixed a while ago. Please move to implemented.
