Allow GUI width to be modifiable via Scaling or Setting

Post by PiggyWhiskey »

A combination of large monitors/wide screens and modded playthrough can cause an oddly cluttered and oddly bare screen especially when interacting with the character inventory/crafting tab.

In most mod playthroughs with modifications to inventory size, there is a scroll bar almost 100% of the time. Allowing the player to increase from 10 tiles across to upto 20 tiles across will allow a greater use of screen 'real estate'
Additionally excess items in the Crafting Tab will often cause wraparound (which is fine) but allowing this to be expanded to 15 or 20 tiles can use the rest of the screen and a clearer list of items that are meant to be on the same row (as set by Mod Owners)

As the GUI scales automatically vertically, a similar scaling for Horizontal (In 2 or 5 increments?) would allow greater control/screen use.
Or a setting to specify exactly how many columns to show (Similar to Train Length or Toolbar Rows)

adding to this, the "logistics network" list of stored items gets rather long for a main storage area, so more than two columns would allow me to see everything at once without a scrollbar
