Realistic magazine recipe

Change the recipe for magazines to be more realistic.
What ?
Make firearm magazines require copper instead of iron since real bullets are made with brass which is 66% copper (& 34% zinc).
Why ?
Many people tend to like realism in games when the game is based on a realistic concept(sci-fi). Also changing this recipe to copper will have the added benefit of using more copper overall, since copper is a much lesser used resource than iron.

This is a game. There is a lot of discrepancies with reality.

Electronic circuits from just iron and copper, two conducting metals – how is that supposed to work?

If you like more realistic processes, you can try to use the Angel+Bob modpack or Pyanodon's mods. They come closer to reality. But at the same time turn the game into "hardcore hell" mode, as the devs of Krastorio would say.

um, no, er maybe? Although bullets can be encased in copper, Bullets are made with a wide variety of metals and other materials, mainly lead. Being able to craft them, along with the rest of the cartridge and magazine, at the beginning of a Factorio game with as close as the same ingredients isn't ... um... ideal.

As far as crafting a magazine goes; not only would you need copper (presumably for the brass in the casing), but wouldn't you also want to require sulfur for the propellant (i.e. gunpowder)? which, in this game, requires you to mine oil? There's no tin in the game (which you would need to make brass), there's no lead in the game. Can you see how ridiculous wanting the magazine recipe being close to real can get? Can you forgive the lack of accuracy in this matter?
