Add text description to rocket parts indicating requirement of 100 parts for 1 rocket

TL;DR
Add a text description to the rocket part that indicates the following fact:You need to craft 100 rocket parts to have one compelete rocket that you can launch into space.
Suggestion
My proposed text description for the rocket part:"Part of a rocket. Completing a rocket that can be launched into space requires 100 rocket parts."
Justification
People have no way to find out how many rocket parts they need before having crafted the rocket silo and the first rocket part. Only after that, you see the indication that the rocket progress is only at 1%. With a text description on the rocket part, this information would be available while browsing the tech tree. That allows players to plan ahead in a more informed way.See also this:
