I would not ban at first, I would kick.

Removing the player from a game with a reason is the most effective way to let the player know that he did something wrong. Learning curve is extremely high.

If not learned: ban.

Thats why i don't play on one server...
Thats why i have almost 10 favorite servers and i jump from one server to another...

Servers are community, community is ppl !...

Some ppl are Trolls, but there is big difference between offensive trolling and "fun" trolling
- You should ban only offensive trolls, but im trying to avoid that by removing thier pemissions
( so they can stay in our Community but they can't break stuff anymore - #Permissions /Admin )

Banning ppl for having fun in game is even worse than offensive trolling...

i had my own server in Minecraft around 5/6 years ago with over 200 ppl online every day
this time 200+ ppl servers were very big... now they have Hypixel with over 50.000 + ppl online all time xD

Anywaa, big amount of my players were trolls, but only 3 players were banned
but more than 3 deserve for BAN, but they were sended to prison with special group
after few days they found some friends on server, so they start playing as normal ppl play this game

Sure they were still trolling from time to time, but it was no offensive trolling anymore


if You BAN user IT HELP NOONE AND NOTHING !
If You limit his possibility to troll, he will stop trolling and he maybe start playing... or he just quit server because he can't troll anymore


BAN is like SHOT IN criminals HEAD...
How this help?... You just HIDE problem You don't fix it !...


Remember, if bad player join Your server fighting with him will never work...
look at CS:GO example where ppl buy same game 10 times and they still use Cheats...

You think they will stop because they got ban for 11 time? no, if they got 11 ACC Banned they gonna buy 12 Acc and then 13 Acc
and they will keep trolling because they find FUN in this... and only one way to stop them trolling is by "education" not by "SHOT IN HEAD"


i know Steam user that got VAC Ban 7 times on CS:GO
He is still playing, he is still cheating, not my problem because im not playing CS:GO anymore... but when i ask why... he ask "why not"


Here is other user i know, he was cheating in CS:GO many times, he also have many ACCs
but by education he stop doing that...
