new blocks you can place on water to get on smal or big islands

Also for trains and cars

It's not the first time something like this has been suggested. The Roadworks mod had a prototype for building bridges. The Landfill mod does exactly what it's named: filling water with land.

I think we got an official reply on one of the suggestions saying they were also interested in making it possible to get off(or on) islands, but until then we'll have to do with this:
