Make "reduce" arrow for hand crafting stay in a corner

On the infrequent occasions I want to cancel hand-crafting something, I can expand the hand-crafting queue, but closing it is always a pain because the reduce arrow moves. If it was always in the lower right, it'd be much easier to reduce the queue. Lower left also works, because it can always be beneath the last line of hand-crafting.

Heh! I gave up on chase the button and now pause the game, line up on the button and click as soon as I unpause.

+1 to having the minimise button in a fixed location.
