Make trains using nuclear fuel glow

This is just a small change but I think it would be nice if trains using nuclear fuel cells actually look like they are using uranium as propulsion method. I think of something like glowing in green on certain spots and maybe even light up the adjacent space like reactors do. Maybe a few lines on the sprite could look like hot heatpipes, I don't know... When nuclear fuel came into the game it was one of the coolest things in Factorio for me that you can put uranium into a train, but that you don't get any visual feedback of it always bothered me a little bit. I don't know how much work it would need to realise this and if it isn't too complicated, you can also tell me how I would make a mod for this.
