locking new players on sever maps

so i have a sever game up and running. sometime a new player jumps in the sever game and starts destroy things missing with things, need to lock things in game so they dont start to miss with things, have it so i can vet the new players, before they can build things and destroy things

There is /permissions command that lets you set permissions groups for players. You can make it so that default group can't do anything (or anything that would be mass destructive) and assing players you trust to group that can do anything.
