Train camera view gone

TL;DR
The train camera view (toggle) has been removed in 0.17.x.
What ?
Please bring the train camera view back from 0.16.51.
Why ?
I started playing Factorio with 0.16.51, and the train camera view is a HUGE part of the game for me. Being able to instantly monitor sites and trains in a satellite view wherever they are is a big part of the fun for me. Thanks!
