Make blueprint visible through the map

As the subject.
When I have a really big blueprint, I want to place it on the map view so I can see it entirely on the map. Actually, I can't see anything from the map view until I zoom in.
I can't place the blueprint carefully and I need to do some trying first.

I will be cool if I can see the entire project on the map view.
