Make alt-mode icons larger on mouse hover

TL;DR

4 icons on a contaminator is hard to read. Let them enlarge on hover.

Why ?

Because it's really hard to read the icons when there's more than one on a 1x1 item.

Click on the chest and the infomation box will show you exact contents. I believe there's even a UI option now that turns the information box into a pop-up that appears right next to your cursor.

Oh. I needed to uncheck "entity tooltips on the side".

Thanks for giving me a starting point. (it would still be nice to have something not as large/opaque as the current tooltips though)
