Undo using upgrade planner

Post by neogrande »

When I use the upgrade planner (e.g. to replace yellow with red belts), I have no way to undo it, except destroying the original entity.

I would have expected, that the Undo action (e.g. CTRL-Z) undos the upgrade planner usage.

This isn't a bug, the functionality just hasn't been written yet

place an upgrade planner in your inventory.
right click on it to bring up manual over-ride mode.
you'll be presented with 8 columns, these are actually 4 sets of 2.
of this pair of columns, the left is "what to look for" the right "what to change it to"

if you specifically want to replace red belts with yellow belts, then put a red belt on the left, and a yellow belt on the right, then when you use it over the accidentally upgraded area, it'll undo it.
