Combinator Condition Idea

I love to play around with combinator's and iv'e build a lot ... BUT i felt this a couple times allready where i'd like this feature added and that is the following... could you make it so that you could let's say compare green wire to red wire and if anything is yedeyede yada do something ...the main point is that you could have a way to compare network's.
