Allow mining when pasting entities

TL;DR

Allow players to remove entities by right clicking and mining them while paste mode is active.

Why ?

Right now players cannot remove entities while paste mode is active. This prohibits making "quick adjustments" like removing bits of existing belts so that new belts will properly join to what is already there.

in a specific case like this, I think it would be nice if the belt was rotated, or at the very least a ghost placed to allow fast replacing it into the correct orientation.

Same like if u want to copy a balancer over your bus... you always have to remove the belts because the splitter cant be pasted.

It does the belts, but not the splitter.

I dont know how often i requested this already, its probably easy to add and very usefull while building, sad they dont add this..
