Improve turret range visualisation

Issues I see in the current turret range visualisation:
  • Turret range on the map is hard to distinguish from pollution because both are visualized in red
  • Turret range when building turrets is green, inconsistent with the map view
  • In 0.16 turret range when placing blueprints with turrets was shown but was hard (sometimes impossible) to distinguish from personal roboport range, which is also green
  • In 0.17 turret range is not even shown anymore when placing blueprints... (perhaps actually a bug?)
  • When building turrets the range of nearby turrets is not shown, making it hard to know where to place your turret without leaving gaps. Right now you have to basically hover your tower over nearby turrets, remember places on the ground to where they can shot and then move over again to place the turret accordingly, which is super cumbersome. And in 0.17 you just gotta put them down and pray, just to tear them down in the next moment because it's coverage was nowhere close to what you wanted...
I suggest the following changes to fix all of the above:
  • Make turret range visualisation always a unique, consistent color. Maybe some shade of pink would work well. But best chosen by some visual testing of course.
  • Show turret range when hovering over turrets, building turrets and placing blueprints alike, in the abovementioned color.
  • When placing turrets and blueprints show the ranges of nearby turrets, such that it's easy to see where you need to place your turret to have the coverage you want.
