Honestly I can't remember if this affected 0.16, but it's relevant now. You can't double click to select a word like the OS supports. Mostly picking this up in train stations when copying a blueprint with saved station names where I only want to change the resource name, but it happens in BP titles and save game names as well.

Ctrl + cursor keys will still jump by word
Shift + cursor keys will still select text, and work combined with Ctrl
Left click and drag will still select text
Right click still clears (Love this, I wish it would become standard in search boxes everywhere)

Thanks for the report. You could never double-click to select words in Factorio which makes this not a bug but a feature request. Not a bad feature request either but we're focusing on bugs at the moment.

Possible to get this in a next release?

I'd like to add triple click to select a sentence or all
