Find your next dead train

My train in the boondocks ran out of fuel, but I got no notification. Some factorio genius with 3 phd's in astrophysics and computer science probably can make a system that would notify me. Call me a casual or a lamer but this type of thing is a little beyond me, so I'd like the option of choosing to have the game software notify me when one of my trains is not moving for twenty minutes. Extra credit, the game would suggest adding or removing specific signals that might gum things up. Age of empires had buttons like this. I think they used comma and period to find citizens and military personel that were inactive. Same could be done for Factorio's inactive trains and maybe even other things.

It sucks to walk 20 miles only to find out you didn't bring any fuel you need to load a chest or something like that. It'd be nice if Factorio had some kind of expensive way of teleporting stuff so that I don't have to walk all the way back home and back again to fill up on something. Maybe there could even be an express service available for very high cost in resource or energy.

At the end of https://factorio.com/blog/post/fff-212 they talk about the ability to create temporary train stops that could be used to summon trains. While it doesn't solve all of your issues, the ability to summon a supply train out to your location (which presumably would at a minimum arrive with some fuel you could steal) would fix at least the ability to go back and forth. A part of me is at least a little suprised we don't get a notification when a train has ran out of fuel. It doesn't happen very often, but it's remarkably annoying when it does.

I'd suggest multiple navigation options for this:
1. next out of fuel train.
2. next manual control train.
3. next out of path train. (Not sure if this is required, usually found during railroad construction)

We were added the option to create alerts with speaker, but there's still no way to find lost/dead train/car/tank.
