Simple check box with 3 options.

Connect for default operation

Connect for Construction only

Connect for Logistic only

This would allow you to link two very large logistics networks for a buildout and not have the main base serve logistics requests on say a circuit outpost, until it's ready.

This roboport for instance can be set to Connect for Construction only, allowing this large red circuit setup I'm getting integrated to build out, without tying up the main base's logistics bots serving the blueprinted requests in the requester chests.

If you don't connect the orange area, but you connect green area, that's exactly what you should get, if I'm not mistaken.

Except construction robots will only grab build items from the orange area they're inside of.
