Enter in assembly machine as you enter in train and your crafting speed is improved

I think the idea is that you set the assembly machine to craft it instead.

Are you talking about making the player's hand-crafting speed higher or the crafting speed of the assembly machine that the player enters?
If you are talking about making hand-crafting faster, then I would say the following:
The goal of the game is automation. Making hand-crafting more powerful would make automation less rewarding.
If you are talking about making the assembly machine craft faster, then I would say the following:
The goal of the game is automation. Requiring manual action of the player would be the opposite of automation.
Therefore, I am against your suggestion, even if I do admit that it does have some appeal.
