Autosave on campaign complete

Just started playing Factorio, and came across a minor annoyance playing the campaign.
When I completed the first mission of "A New Hope", I wasn't quite ready to play the next round. So I clicked "Back" instead of "Next Level", and shut down the game. I came back to it later and noticed that there was no autosave marking where I was. I had to repeat the last 10 or so minutes of the mission again.
Would be nice to just autosave just before the end of the mission.
