On the Topic of.. Bridges.

I've been Running around in a Medium-sized island with limited resources, i have at least 10 radars scanning all the areas around my Medium-sized island. There. Are. So. Goddamn. Many. Iron. and. copper. deposits.
I need iron and copper deposits BADLY. (i haven't used my stone up so much, lack of needing walls does that to you)
But i can't get to them. I've already cried a river, But i can't build a bridge to get over it.


..are building bridges, planned features? If so, .. Please?! I love my island, and don't want to abandon it to nature.
So i just did a forum search on "bridges", aparently Roadworks (the mod) has.. mostly working bridges, with a few hitches here and there. oh and, sorry if there IS another thread, i couldn't find one in the first 10 pages on said search. ..it was mostly about bridging between two different networks, not bridges themselves. *sigh*


So i'll Re-ask my question. OFFICIAL BRIDGES. When?!

Something for getting over water, or not spawning on an island, etc is planned but low priority. Devs haven't given an ETA on it.

Like you said roadworks mod has it so you can use that, it mostly works.

I don't mind spawning on islands.
i just like the idea of getting OFF the island.

As a short-term fix, there's also Landfill.
