Have a machine that when you insert items into it it will break that item down into its intermediate ingredients. Like stone furnace into stone bricks or stone ore. You would also have to have a liquid connection for some items and be careful not to mix liquids. then you could use a smart inserter to remove these ingredients to a belt or provider chest.

Suggested multiple times, there is a recycle mod available. I also wish recycling was available in the base game.
