Simply a faster transport belt faster than the express but the difference is these will require power to run as it stand transport belts are free apart from the material costs and I would really like a faster transport belt as when you're factory gets relay big it sometimes just aint fast enough especially for iron gears and copper wire.

Ingredients
1 electric motor
20 iron gears
2 lubricant
1 express transport belt

Try using inserters to direcly transfer the copper wire from 1 assembler into another. This allows the inserter to transfer multiple wires in one swing.
If that doesn't help, try redesigning the factory. I have yet to have a setup where an express belt isn't either splittable into 2 belts or isn't fast enough.
