Ignore Transport Movement while Deconstructing

Current:
Player is always under influence of Belt movement while standing on them.

Easy Implementation:
Anchor player in place while deconstructing, ignoring movement of any transport belt they are standing on.

Harder Implementation:
Make player anchor button, allowing them to work construct calmly even when standing on a transport belt. Particularly useful when there is a central spine of transport belts so there isn't a very convenient spot to stand while working patches.

Hard one to search for, sorry if it has appeared before.

That is not only true for deconstruction, but for all kind of building.

I think the idea to press some button or have some action or have a special device, that helps the character keeping on the same place on moving belts would be some kind of cool.

Anti-belt reaction control system as in-game item. I love this concept.

I don't know if it's widely known or not but holding shift while placing an item places a blueprint version for a bot to build and allows you to do it from further away than normal building

This is not the case here, it depends especially the middle-game, where you don't have bots.

To be honest be belt moving the player was something which was always annoying me. If I would have experience with mods, I would probably make a mod for a modular armor equipment similar to exoskeletons, which would allow you to fly instead of walking. This could stop conveyor belts from moving the player, would allow you to go over pipes and other things (maybe not walls) and would prevent trains from hitting you.
