Toggle Flashlight

Add the option to toggle the flashlight
I know that in Vanilla factorio this does not seem like a big deal but now that scenarios are coming into play especially pvp, to be able to turn it off and have some chance to hide would be a big deal.

I am also looking for this. I wish I could get a similar lighting option that a real flashlight has like this https://tacticalflashlightguide.com/fen ... new-model/. I know it is almost impossible to implement all flashlight features but at a few features are necessary here!
