Information about what we hover be near the mouse

How it is right now:
mouse hover the rock and we need to read the resources we get in the screen on the right

The idea would be to put that information easy to read right near the mouse cursor, as we can see in this example by pressing F3 and pass mouse over sprites, information about them is close to the mouse cursor.

I know that too much information might clutter up the screen where the mouse is. Just show just some important information? Or make it customizable by the player what info should appear near mouse.
Like in interface menu Alt-mode "show inserter arrows", " show pump arrows"...
Add one option for "show item information near mouse"

I fear this would be an understatement. I have really been bothered countless times by the need to move the mouse because a tooltip was hiding something important. I think it would do the same if implemented in Factorio.
