Scouting

I feel as if late-game scouting needs some kind of overwork. Once there are behemoth spitters and biters everywhere scouting becomes a real hassle because even with armor full of shield modules and exoskeletons you can't simply run around them anymore.
Currently I'm bringing lots of nukes but I don't feel "scouting" should require you to level everything in your path.

So I had some ideas about this:
* Some kind of scouting vehicle. Maybe one that does not aggravate aliens unless you get very close. Bonus points if it can easily traverse forests. You still have that spidertron planned, don't you?
* An armor module that somehow deters biters from attacking you.
* Radar satellites. Something you would put in a rocket and that would reveal a big portion of the map. I think something like that has been proposed before.

Really hope you somehow address this before the final release.
