Main issue is that enemy buildings don't have any ability to use Evofactor to determine what kind should spawn. Once that happens, Sure, why not?

also, dear god no, that's horrifying.

If behemoth worms would scale to big worms like behemoth biters as to big biters, pls no T_T

You guys should try 5Dim's mod and enable the experimental enemies.

I figured with the infinite upgrades to weapons it wouldn't be so bad.

Bob's enemies. Adds behemoth worms.

They spawn based on distance from starting area, so don't go too far.

Adds a whole bunch of other enemies too, including worms that spit fireballs and stuff.

And they can one-shot you in the first two armor tiers. I doubt they'd be appreciated in vanilla. Especially without the Bob's Warfare sniper turrets.

Remember that worms are dodgeable with the new combat mechanics, especially if you're moving quickly.
