Show fuel in tooltip for burner inserter
Most things I mouse over, I can see what ingredients are in it, and/or what's in the fuel box. Except for the burner inserter. I think it should be displayed on the tooltip. I'm observing this in a 0.14.21 frozen installation, so if it has already been implemented, my apologies for being a
